About us

Our journey

We have publised 40+ different book titles and more than a dozen others are currently at stages of the publication process. Among our books, seven have been approved by the Ministry of Education for use as textbooks in Zambian secondary schools and others are used in tertiary institutions. We distribute our books worldwide.


In Educating Our Future (1996), the Ministry of General Education identifies a crucial tripod with three interdependent elements: Public libraries, authors, and readers. As a member of the Booksellers and Publishers Association of Zambia, Pensulo Publishers contributes to this vision by supporting the three legs of literacy’s ‘tripod stand.’

In order to give you a quotation, we need these details.

  • Current size (MS Word A4, A5, B5, etc.)
  • Your preferred final size
  • Are inner pages black and white or full colour?
  • Quantity of books needed (our minimum is 500)
